5. Client responsibility

You provide content, assets, and clear communication.
if you go silent, the project pauses.

6. Ownership

Final deliverables are yours after full payment. until then, everything stays ours. We reserve the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

7. Liability

We’re not responsible for losses, damages, or missed opportunities caused by the use (or misuse) of our work.

8. Termination

We can end a project if communication breaks, payments fail, or things go off track.
